Refund Policy for Private Chef Services:
Last Minute Cancels:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Changes to Dishes:
- Requests for changes to dishes must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- The chef will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dish changes, but availability of specific ingredients may impact feasibility.
- Any additional costs incurred due to dish changes will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
Unsatisfied with Outcome:
- If the client is unsatisfied with the outcome of the service, they must notify the chef immediately to address concerns.
- Refunds or adjustments to charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the dissatisfaction.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the completion of the service.
General Terms:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request approval.
- No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered and consumed.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding dietary restrictions and preferences.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or unavoidable incidents, the chef and client will work together to find a reasonable solution professionally.
This refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, fostering a positive client-chef relationship while ensuring the chef's commitment and preparation for each scheduled service.
